Established in 1824 in the foothills of the Cairngorm mountains, we've become renowned for our innovative approach to flavour-led whisky making. From our commitment to locally sourced ingredients, to our unique cooper cooling ring - Which cascades mountin water down our stills. Our Spirit is then filly aged in Ex-bourbon barrels, creating a distintive tropical house style. 
Colour - Sunlight and Amber honey 
Nose - Vanilla and pear with soft spices 
Taste - Refreshing nectarine and tropical fruit, with subtle roasted coffee, clove and ginger. A memorable finish of saltanas and black toffee.
