Calle 23 ReposadoTequila

Calle 23 is Sophie Decobecq's brandchild. French biologist engineer, Sophie has been living in Mexico for more thae past 15 years and her love for agave and tequila never stop growing. Her focus has been to get the most of the agave complexity in the Calle 23 profiles : blanco, reposado and anejo. No extra anejo as she found that the agave character was getting lost in the wood. Stay tuned about what she is developing with her team at the distillery : some special editions to come soon ! ​​
