Chinola (chee-noh-lah), the name used to describe passion fruit in the Dominican Republic, served as the inspiration for our original fresh fruit liqueur. Born from a creative collaboration of hospitality experts and spirit industry professionals, their mission was to create a natural liqueur that embodied the taste and aroma of fresh passion fruit.
